All orders are dispatched within 1 business day via Auspost (Next day delivery for Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Two days for regional postcodes.).

International shipping to New Zealand is $15 AUD otherwise is a flat rate of $30 AUD applies.

We use Australia Post - Registered International Service and Pack & Track (delivery to New Zealand within 3 - 7 business days while other international destinations require 2-3 weeks, depending on location).

Exchanges, Credit Notes and Refunds

This section of Assembly Label’s returns policy refers to returns for change of mind only and does not limit or exclude your rights under any consumer guarantees or otherwise for faulty goods.

You are permitted to exchange, receive a credit note or refund Assembly Label online purchases for change of mind, provided:

(a) the goods are returned in new, unworn condition with original tags;

(b) the goods are returned within 14 days of the date of receipt;

(c) satisfactory proof of purchase is provided to Assembly Label.


Exchanges for change of mind outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted.

Swimwear, underwear and lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene considerations.

Should you exchange the goods or elect a credit note, Assembly Label will bear the cost of both the return and replacement item postage provided:

(a) you are located within Australia;

(b) the transaction includes no more than one exchange instance;

(c) the packing costs are covered by the consumer.


International consumers will bear the cost of postage and packing.

Where the customer elects a refund, the ccustomer will bear the cost of postage and packing



Manufacturing Faults

Assembly Label will assess the goods for manufacturing faults.

(a) In the event a minor fault is established, we will repair the goods.

(b) In the event we are unable to repair the goods, or a major fault is established, the customer may elect to:

(i) replace the goods with goods of the exact same value; or

(ii) receive a refund.  


Proof of Purchase

To exercise rights related to a repair, replacement or refund, you will be required to present a receipt or other proof of purchase. You may need to provide more than one proof of purchase to support their claim – for example, when a credit card statement does not clearly itemise the goods.


Postage and/or Transportation Costs

If you believe the goods are faulty, Assembly Label will need to assess the goods before we can repair or replace them or issue you a refund.

You are responsible for the initial costs associated with returning the goods if the goods can be posted or can be easily returned.

Assembly Label will compensate you for your reasonable postage and packing costs, if Assembly Label is satisfied the goods are faulty.

You must provide receipts that show evidence the reasonable postage and packing costs, incurred by yourself in returning the goods.

Your right to return the goods is not in any way affected by the goods not being returned in their original packaging or wrapping.

Before the goods are returned, we will provide you with an estimate of any transport or inspection costs that apply if we are of the view that the goods are not faulty.


Sale Items

Assembly Label will not provide a refund due to your change of mind relating to a sale item.


Gift Vouchers

You may not return gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers are valid for one-year from the date of issue and may be used online at, however, not in any Assembly Label stores within Australia.

Where an exchange or store credit is selected we will provide a Parcel Point link to arrange return shipping. Please select the most convenient location, print your label and package your item(s) into the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging.
